Independent seller agreement

1. VolcanoBox connects Nicaraguan communities with independent sellers. For your independent listings, you are the seller and are responsible for your business, products, prices and fulfillment.
2. You must sell lawfully in each location you serve, maintain authorizations required for your activities, and comply with applicable safety, ingredient, allergen, labeling and tax requirements. Registration is not a license or certification, and exemptions apply only when legally available to your activity.
3. You must provide accurate seller identity, product information, availability, pickup details and payment/refund instructions. Do not make misleading claims or list prohibited or unsafe products.
4. Independent-seller payments are intended to go directly to the identified seller through supported methods. Do not request payments through an unconfigured VolcanoBox checkout. Registration alone does not activate payments or a country.
5. You are responsible for handling customer orders, communicating problems and providing refunds or remedies required by law. Customers may report problems to VolcanoBox; cooperate with reasonable information requests and safety investigations.
6. VolcanoBox may restrict a listing, seller or market for safety, fraud, legal requirements or platform-rule violations. Suspension does not cancel existing customer obligations. No verification badge or kitchen inspection is implied.
7. These conditions supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or VolcanoBox's own legal obligations. VolcanoBox-operated listings remain the responsibility of their identified operator.
